We are available for hire

Get our free training now!
If you are in the Miami area, we are available to teach your management, at no cost to you (we may consider doing this online if you are not in Miami). This offer is for a limited time only, so hurry and get in contact with us today, to take advantage of this offer now!

We help companies help autistics. We are ready to teach your hiring and training staff how to recognize and accommodate neurodivergent applicants and employees.

Autistics have a 75-85% unemployment rate. It creates a domino effect of poor statistics, from homelessness to shorter life expectancy. The failure in finding gainful employment begins at the interview stage, and you can help create positive change in that! We can show you how and why we get overlooked so often, and how to increase effectivity in training autistics, and appropriately accommodate their needs.

Big News!

Our organization is now working with the assistance of Senator Jen Day, of Nebraska, on a bill modeled after Bill LB 997, which she just introduced in her state, via the Autism Family Network. We are working to get it up for vote in Florida, Virginia, and Texas! Most autistic kids get failed at the very basic level, they are not even diagnosed at a young enough age to circumvent many of the circumstance's autistics end up in, especially minority children.

This law would require all kindergarten children be screened for autism before they start kindergarten, so they have a real chance at getting the appropriate assistance they need to get a truly fair shot in life. We are excited to take this step towards helping to ensure no more children fall through the cracks.
