Our Team.
Diagnosed with autism at 38 years old, Rebekka founded Autism Fits in memory of her dad, who was also autistic, and struggled greatly with how his employers treated him. She was born in Augsburg, Bavaria, but raised in Miami, Florida, where her family has resided for 3 generations, with a mixed background of Appalachian, Hispanic, East European, and Rroma. She has worked within the non-profit sector for more than 20 years. With education in civil law and business, she had a successful real estate investment partnership for 6 years, works in media production, and is a 3rd generation artist.
Rebekka also founded and runs Gili Project, which aims to improve the quality of life for impoverished Rroma.


Serenity is from Santa Cruz, California. She is the first person in her family to attend college and graduated from UC Santa Cruz with a Bachelors in Psychology. She also holds Associates degrees in Social Sciences and Humanities. An undiagnosed neurodivergent, she joined the Autism Fits team at its development. She is a homeschooling mum of two boys and creates spa products. She previously worked as a case manager in the mental health sector. She is second generation in the United States with a background of Rroma, indigenous Mexican, and Appalachian.
Serenity runs Gili Project along with Rebekka and Maya.


Born in Georgetown, Guyana, Nanda is a first generation Indian American who earned her certification as a Home Health Aide in 2004, a license as a Certified Nursing Assistant in 2015, and certification as a Phlebotomist in 2023. She worked as a Home Health Aide for over 10 years, and is currently working on advancing in her career. She is neurodivergent, and has 5 wonderful boys, one of which is diagnosed non-verbal autistic. Her youngest son is undiagnosed neurodivergent (ADHD), as well.
Nanda is also a folk artist, and loves creative outlets in general, in everything from painting to crocheting.

Trisha was diagnosed autistic at 13 years old, and is ADHD and dyslexic. An Oxford graduate with qualifications in psychology, cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), and strategic management in healthcare. She has developed her leadership skills via continuous professional development (CPD) and being mentored under the CMI (The Chartered Management Institute) program. Trisha is a leader in change management, mental wellbeing, and education. She is the Deputy Operations Manager in Primary Care in Mental Health for Southern Health NHS Trust with a proud mixed race background of Rroma, Caribbean, and Irish, born in the UK.
Trisha is also the founding director of Language Learners Journal, and loves learning new languages.
